Woods Hole Group Response to COVID-19

The health and safety of Woods Hole Group employees, along with the stakeholders we serve, is our top priority right now. We ask that everyone please join us in doing your part to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus). In doing so, we believe it’s critical to follow the current best practices, social distancing, scientific guidance, and your local policy official recommendations. With this in mind, Woods Hole Group has encouraged employees at all office locations to work from home, minimize external meetings and travel, and have closed our offices to the public.

How does this affect Woods Hole Group clients and colleagues?
Of course, everyone’s business activities are affected; however, we don’t believe our internal measures will further impact our ability to serve our clients, colleagues, and projects. Our employees are working to meet your needs. Woods Hole Group’s IT infrastructure, tools (Office 365, Teams, GoToMeeting), and work policy allow most of our team to work remotely when needed. Our employees are practiced with working efficiently together, with partners, and with clients from various locations. Of course, you will still be able to reach your connections via email and everyday phone lines.
